Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days if in-stock. Timelines for custom pieces will be discussed ahead of time and dependent on the needs of any custom art piece. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing may take a bit longer. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
International Shipping: Please reach out directly regarding international orders.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Free shipping offers may be available on select promotions.
Packaging:
All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Prints are shipped flat in sturdy mailers or tubes; canvas pieces are wrapped securely. Fragile or framed pieces receive extra protective materials.
Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.
Lost or Damaged Items:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement if necessary.
Customs & Import Duties:
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties imposed by their country.
