Thank you for supporting my art! I want you to be happy with your purchase, so please review the following refund guidelines carefully.

General Refunds

If you receive a print or in-stock artwork that arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I will gladly offer a replacement or full refund.

For all other non-custom items, returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Custom Art & Commissions

Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork and commissioned pieces, these cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once the work has been started or delivered.

Please ensure all details and requirements are clearly communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
